LONDON (Alliance News) - Domino's Pizza Group PLC on Wednesday confirmed David Bauernfeind as permanent chief financial officer of the company with immediate effect.
Bauernfeind previously served as CFO of Connect Group PLC before leaving the position last June after a profit warning. He has been the Domino's interim CFO for the past two months. He also now will join the Domino's board as an executive director.
He also is a non-executive director at photonics technology business Gooch & Housego PLC.
Bauernfeind said: "I have spent the past two months learning about the company and getting to know my new colleagues and I am thrilled to be joining such a talented and ambitious team on a permanent basis.
"Domino's is an iconic and market-leading brand, but it is also an entrepreneurial and innovative business with enormous potential both in the UK and overseas."
