LONDON (Alliance News) - Domino's Pizza Group PLC Wednesday said it has appointed Paul Doughty as chief financial officer, effective from June 8.
Doughty has more than 20 years' commercial finance experience including 10 years as chief financial officer at Moneysupermarket.com Group PLC.
"We are delighted to welcome Paul to Domino's as chief financial officer. He brings a wealth of experience from a leading consumer brand in the technology and FTSE 250-listed environment. David and his senior management team look forward to Paul's contribution at this exciting time for Domino's as we continue to grow through more store openings, a relentless focus on e-commerce technology and by supporting franchisee profitability," Chairman Stephen Hemsley said in a statement.
Shares in Domino's were trading up 3.7% at 847.00 pence Wednesday morning.
