LONDON (Alliance News) - Chinese lottery products company DJI Holdings PLC on Wednesdsay said it has secured new contracts through its joint venture with Heilongjiang Sports Bureau for lottery services.
DJI said it has secured a deal to operate sport lottery scratch card sales across Heilongjiang Province, which is in the north east corner of China, and has won a contract from the Heilongjiang Sports Lottery Administration Centre to launch DJI's sports betting platform on the province's official website.
"We are very pleased to be deepening our relationship with the lottery and sports authorities in Heilongjiang. DJI's aim is, through the HSB joint venture, to provide a complete lottery solution for Heilongjiang, spanning content, promotion and new media, so we are delighted to have secured additional mandates for growing lottery revenues in this important province," said DJI Chief Executive Darren Mercer.
DJI shares were up 7.1% to 60.50 pence.
