Diurnal Nets GBP500,000 From Broker Option Exercise (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - Pharmaceutical firm Diurnal Group PLC on Tuesday said that it has received a letter of notice to exercise the broker option in respect of 263,157 shares, raising GBP500,000 in proceeds for the company.

The company expects to have 61.3 million shares in issue following the previously announced share placing, broker option and conversion of convertible loan.

Shares in Diurnal closed up 0.6% at price 200.20 pence on Tuesday.
