LONDON (Alliance News) - Vedanta Resources PLC Wednesday said that Executive Chairman Anil Agarwal bought more than 1.9 million shares between March 14 and March 18 for between GBP8.01 and GBP8.18 per share.
Agarwal's shareholding of more than 184.6 million shares now represents a 69.17% stake in the company.
Shares in Vedanta Resources closed 0.5% lower Wednesday at 820.50 pence per share.
