LONDON (Alliance News) - Elementis PLC said Friday that Chief Executive David Dutro acquired 4,929 shares and President of Elementis Chromium Dennis Valentino acquired 12,323 shares at 119.34 pence each.
President of Elementis Specialitis Greg Mcclatchy sold 12,323 shares at a price of 251.953 pence Thursday.
The specialty chemicals company's shares were trading up 0.40 pence at 252.50 pence Friday afternoon.
