LONDON (Alliance News) - Zotefoams PLC Wednesday said Non-Executive Director and Chairman Designate Steve Good bought his first shares in the cellular material technology company.
Good bought 15,000 shares at 271 pence per share on Monday, which makes up his entire holding.
Zotefoams last November said Good had been appointed as chairman designate with immediate effect, in preparation for the retirement of incumbent Nigel Howard on March 31.
The stock was up 1.7% at 284.81p Wednesday.
