LONDON (Alliance News) - Zoo Digital Group PLC Thursday said Chief Executive Officer Stuart Green and non-executive Chairman Roger Jeynes agreed to purchase Loan Notes with a face value of GBP466,500 from other Loan Note holders.
Green and his wife, Sara Green, have purchased Loan Notes with a face value of GBP443,500 for a total of GBP332,625. Consequently, together with their combined previous holding of Loan Notes with a face value of GBP171,000, they hold an interest in GBP614,000 of Loan Notes.
Jeynes purchased GBP23,000 of Loan Notes at face value, having previously had no interest in Loan Notes.
The purchases are expected to complete on 1 November.
Shares in the creative media production solutions company were up 4.30% at 13.95 pence Thursday morning.
