(Alliance News) - Cloud software company Zoo Digital Group PLC said on Thursday that Chair Gillian Wilmot purchased 30,000 company shares.
Each share was priced at 74.00 pence, so the total purchase amounted to GBP22,200.
Wilmot now has a beneficial holding of 31,517 company shares as her husband holds 1,517.
Shares in Zoo Digital closed 3.1% higher at 82.00p each in London on Thursday.
