LONDON (Alliance News) - Zoltav Resources Inc on Thursday said that Marcus Rhodes, a non-executive director, bought 15,000 shares in the company on Tuesday this week.
The 15,000 shares, which were purchased at 32.00 pence each, comprise Rhodes' entire stake in the company.
The director now owns 0.01% of the oil and gas exploration and production company.
Shares in Zoltav were up 6.0% at 26.50p on Thursday late morning.
