LONDON (Alliance News) - Zenith Energy Ltd said Chief Executive Officer & President Andrea Cattaneo bought 100,000 shares in the company at an average price of 7.086 pence in transactions on Friday and Tuesday.
Cattaneo bought 30,000 shares at 0.7 pence on Friday, and 35,000 shares at 7.13 pence and 35,000 shares at 7.123 pence on Tuesday. The transaction had a total value of GBP7,086.
Following the purchase, Cattaneo is directly interested in 4.6 million shares, representing a 2.89% stake in the company, and is indirectly interested in 1.3 million shares, or a 0.79% stake.
Shares in Zenith closed flat at 6.95 pence on Tuesday.
