LONDON (Alliance News) - YouGov PLC Tuesday said Chief Financial Officer Alan Newman acquired 354,167 shares under the company share plan and subsequently sold 254,167 shares at 83.5 pence each for personal tax and financial planning purposes.
Following this transaction, Newman holds 200,557 shares, representing approximately 0.2% of the total issued share capital.
The company also said Chief Innovations Officer, Doug Rivers sold 97,050 shares at the same price having acquired the shares under the company share plan. He now holds 1.6 million shares equating to 1.6% of the share capital.
Shares in the UK-based market research agency were up 2.3% at 86.97 pence Tuesday morning.
