DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Yolo Leisure CEO Robinson Buys 2.6 Million Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Yolo Leisure and Technology PLC said Wednesday that Chief Executive Simon Robinson bought 2.6 million shares in the firm.

Shares in the company were up 29% on Wednesday at 0.450p each.

Robinson bought the shares on Wednesday at a price of 0.38 pence each for a total of GBP10,000.

The investment company said Robinson now holds 13.9 million Yolo shares, worth 3.2% on the company's existing share capital.
