LONDON (Alliance News) - Investing company Xplorer PLC Monday said one of its non-executive directors, John Roddison, acquired 25,000 shares in the company at 22 pence each on Friday.
Roddison's interest in the company now stands at 2.1 million shares, or 18.25% of the current issued share capital.
Roddison also has an interest in 1.9 million warrants with the right to subscribe for 1.9 million new ordinary shares in the company, exercisable at any time up to July 10, 2016.
On September 30, the oil and gas investment company said it was in talks with a shortlist of four possible initial investments in the sector.
Xplorer shares were Monday quoted at 20.85 pence, down 1.15 pence, or 5.23%.
