LONDON (Alliance News) - PR and advertising company WPP PLC said Tuesday that Roberto Quarta, executive chairman and acting as chief executive, bought 10,000 American depositary shares shares on Monday.
Quarta bought shares at USD85.81 per share, worth USD85,8087 in total. His total holding after the transaction amounts to 87,500 shares.
In April, Quarta replaced Martin Sorrel as temporary chief executive of WPP. Sorrel stepped down after an investigation into "an allegation of misconduct".
WPP shares were trading at 1,261 pence, up 1.1%.
