LONDON (Alliance News) - Biotechnology investment firm Worldwide Healthcare Trust PLC said that Non-Executive Director Sven Borho purchased 7,000 shares at a price of 2900.00 pence per share on Wednesday.
The transaction had a total value of GBP203,000. Borho's total share holding following this deal has not been disclosed, having only joined the company in June.
Borho is founder of OrbiMed Capital LLC, which manages the Worldwide Healthcare Trust.
Worldwide Healthcare trust shares were trading down 2.01% at 2,846.52p on Wednesday.
