LONDON (Alliance News) - Workspace Group PLC Tuesday said a group of executives were awarded shares under the company share plan.
Graham Clement was awarded 147,764 shares, while Angus Boag and Chris Pieroni each were awarded 144,976 shares. The shares were then sold at a price of 600 pence per share Monday.
- Clement holds 113,532 shares.
- Boag holds 396,206 shares.
- Pieroni holds 271,641 shares.
Shares in the real estate investment trust were up 0.8% at 607.00p Tuesday.
