LONDON (Alliance News) - Education software and services company Tribal Group PLC on Wednesday said the wife of its chairman acquired shares in the company, as did the wife of one of its non-executive directors.
Pamela Ormerod, the wife of Chairman John Ormerod, purchased 4,058 shares at 123.00 pence per share on Wednesday. Following the purchase, Ormerod and persons connected to him own 270,338 shares, or 0.28% of the company.
Zita Crewe, the wife of non-executive director Robin Crewe, bought 1,241 shares at 123.00 pence per share on the same day. The purchase means Crewe and persons connected to him own 29,098 shares in the company, or a 0.03% stake.
Shares in Tribal closed up 0.4% to 117.50 pence per share on Wednesday.
