LONDON (Alliance News) - Witan Investment Trust PLC said Robert Boyle, chairman of its audit committee and a board director, bought 2,067 shares in the company at 732.78 pence.
Boyle now owns 54,729 shares in Witan after Friday's purchase.
Shares in Witan closed up 0.7% at 744.00p Friday.
