(Alliance News) - Witan Investment Trust PLC said Non-Executive Director Andrew Ross bought 100,000 shares on Tuesday, spending about GBP220,000.
Ross paid 221.25 pence per share. The stock was up 0.5% on the day Tuesday at 221.06p.
The company didn't provide Ross's total holding following the purchase.
