LONDON (Alliance News) - Witan Investment Trust PLC Wednesday said Chairman Harry Henderson sold 2,100 shares at a price of GBP8.115552 per share Tuesday.
Following this transaction, Henderson now holds a beneficial interest in 722,732 shares, which represents a 0.38% stake in the trust.
The stock was trading up 0.3% at 812.00 pence Wednesday.
