LONDON (Alliance News) - Witan Investment Trust PLC Thursday said independent non-executive Director Robert Boyle bought 30,036 shares at a price of GBP6.614 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Boyle now holds 47,234 shares, which represents less than a 1% stake in the investment firm.
The stock closed at 657.00 pence, down 3.50 pence or 0.5%.
