DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Wincanton Director Marcos Hart Sells Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Wincanton PLC said on Monday its Business Optimisation & Transformation Director Marcos Hart sold shares in the supply chain provider company in a transaction last Friday.

Hart sold 3,706 shares at GBP2.35 pence per share, worth GBP8,712.

Wincanton shares closed flat at 235.00p each on Monday.

The company did not provide Hart's holding, if any, before or following the transaction.
