LONDON (Alliance News) - Private rented sector property firm Sigma Capital Group PLC on Friday said the wife of its chief executive has sold shares in the company.
Sigma said Trudy Barnet, wife of chief executive of Graham Barnet, sold 300,000 shares in the company at 93.00 pence apiece held through Merchant Investment SSAS, a pension scheme. The total value of the sale was GBP276,000.
Barnet's total beneficial holding following the sale is 6.5 million shares, or around 7.4% of Sigma's issued share capital.
Sigma shares were flat at 93.00p on Friday.
