LONDON (Alliance News) - Redcentric PLC said Diana Fisher, the wife of Chief Executive Officer Fraser Fisher, bought 16,250 shares at a price of 91.5269 pence per share on Tuesday.
Following this transaction, Fraser Fisher now holds a total beneficial interest in 106,807 shares, or a 0.07% stake.
Shares in the IT managed services company were up 1.2% at 92.12p Tuesday.
