Watches of Switzerland Group PLC - Leicester-based watch retailer - Chief Financial Officer Anders Romberg sells 341,487 shares at GBP14.01 to GBP14.50, worth GBP4.9 million, on Tuesday and Wednesday this week.

Aston Martin Lagonda Global Holdings PLC - Warwick-based luxury carmaker - Executive Chair Lawrence Stroll buys 400,000 shares via Yew Tree Overseas Ltd at GBP12.00 and GBP12.32, worth GBP4.8 million, on Wednesday and Thursday. Non-Executive Director Michael de Picciotto buys 100,000 shares via Saint James Invest SA at the same prices, worth GBP1.2 million, on the same days.

Wise PLC - London-based company offering international money transfers, rebranded from TransferWise - Nilan Peiris, vice president for growth, exercises options for 260,000 shares at no cost and then sells all of them at GBP7.60, worth GBP2.0 million on Monday.

Voyager Life PLC - Perth, Scotland-based hemp seed oil products supplier - Chief Executive Officer Nicholas Tulloch buys 537,776 shares at 18p, worth GBP96,800, on Thursday this week. Chair Eric Boyle buys 519,112 shares at the same price, worth GBP93,440, also on Thursday. Voyager Life says the shares were purchased from two of the company's original shareholders and members of the concert party. Tulloch now has 1.3 million shares, a 14% stake, and Boyle 840,000, a 9.1% holding.
