LONDON (Alliance News) - Electronic cable firm Volex PLC said on Wednesday Executive Chair Nat Rothschild, via NR Holdings Ltd, bought shares in the firm on Tuesday.
Rothschild purchased 249,014 shares at 80 pence each, for GBP199,211. Rothschild now holds 35.4 million Volex shares, or 24% of the company.
Also on Tuesday, Chief Financial Officer Daren Morris bought 10,000 shares at 81p, for GBP8,100. He now holds 0.4% of Volex, worth 533,063 shares.
Volex closed up 6.3% on Wednesday at a price of 91.45 pence each.
