(Alliance News) - Cable assembly maker Volex PLC said on Thursday that both its executive chair and finance chief have purchased shares.
Executive Chair Nat Rothschild, as a beneficiary of NR Holdings Ltd, purchased 53,876 shares at 92.00 pence each. The total price of the transaction, which was completed on Tuesday, was GBP49,566.
Finance Chief Daren Morris purchased 20,000 shares at the same price, also on Tuesday. The total of his transaction was GBP18,400.
It was not disclosed how many shares, if any, either had prior to the transaction.
Shares in Volex closed flat at 93.00p each in London on Thursday.
