LONDON (Alliance News) - Volex PLC Monday said Chairman Karen Slatford exercised options under the company share plan and, after deductions for tax and national insurance contributions, acquired 41,289 shares at 82 pence each.
Following this transaction, Slatford holds 107,198 shares representing 0.12% of the issued share capital.
Sahres in the electrical parts maker were up 0.1% at 82.11p Monday morning.
