LONDON (Alliance News) - Vodafone Group PLC Tuesday said Non-Executive Director Omid Kordestani acquired 1,000 American Depositary Receipts at a cost of USD34.3351 per receipt.
One American Depository Receipt is equivalent to 10 shares. Therefore, Kordestani has an interest in 10,000 shares in the telecommunication services company.
Vodafone shares were quoted up 1.0% at 204.00 pence Tuesday afternoon.
