LONDON (Alliance News) - Vodafone PLC Friday said non-executive Director Anne Lauvergeon acquired 493 shares at a price of GBP2.23 per share Thursday through the reinvestment of dividend income.
Shares in the mobile phone network were up 1.5% at 233.04 pence Friday morning.
