LONDON (Alliance News) - Vodafone PLC said Business Development Director Warren Finegold sold GBP1.5 million worth of stock in the FTSE 100 mobile communications company.
Finegold sold 650,000 shares at 229.5 pence a share Monday. The stock closed up 1.4% at 231.70p Monday.
Vodafone said in March that Finegold will step down from its executive committee at the end of June.
He will continue to act as an adviser to Vodafone's board and executive committee on future strategic projects from July onward
