LONDON (Alliance News) - Vodafone PLC Wednesday said Company Secretary Rosemary Martin acquired an interest in 4,240 shares at the price of 248.2736 pence each.
Following this transaction, Martin now has an interest in 459,928 shares.
Shares in the mobile phone company were down 0.7% at 247.30 pence Wednesday.
