LONDON (Alliance News) - Vodafone Group PLC Monday said Luc Vandevelde, a board director since 2003, has acquired 6,737 shares in the company since February 10, 2012 by reinvesting dividends.
Vandevelde, previously Chairman of Marks & Spencer Group PLC, most recently bought 2,563 shares on August 14 at a price of 200.929 pence. He bought 1,382 shares on February 13 at 172.841 pence, while he also bought 2,792 shares at a price of 177.386 pence on February 10, 2012.
Vodafone said it was advised of Vandevelde's share purchases by Societe Generale Private Banking on September 6.
As a result, Vandevelde's total interest in the Company is 99,034 shares.
Vodafone shares were Monday quoted at 209.95 pence, down 0.80 pence, or 0.4%.
