LONDON (Alliance News) - Vodafone Group PLC Monday said Chairman Gerard Kleisterlee acquired 1,747 shares at 221.2405 pence a share through the company dividend reinvestment plan February 12.
Kleisterlee now holds an interest in 101,708 shares.
Shares were up 0.2% at 195.45p Monday afternoon.
