LONDON (Alliance News) - Vodafone Group PLC Friday said Chief Financial Officer Andy Halford as well as other directors acquired shares at a price of 228.55 pence per share under the company share plan Thursday.

Shares in the mobile phone company were up 1.15 at 233.45 pence Friday morning.
