LONDON (Alliance News) - The Vitec Group PLC Friday said Non-Executive Director Mark Rollins bought 4,900 shares at a price of GBP6.40 per share, which is his only holding in the company.
Shares in the photography company were quoted at 641.00 pence, up 2.2% Friday.
