LONDON (Alliance News) - Vislink PLC Tuesday said Finance Director Ian Davies bought 50,000 shares at a price of 45.35 pence per share and now holds 150,000 shares.
Earlier Tuesday, the video and data company posted a slight rise in pretax profit in the six months to June 30 on a small fall in revenue, saying that while it was trading in line with expectations for the year and was optimistic for the future, it is facing an uncertain broadcast market and was hit by delayed surveillance contracts in its hardware division.
The stock was trading at 45.08 pence down 12% late Tuesday, one of the biggest fallers on AIM.
