LONDON (Alliance News) - VinaLand Ltd Tuesday said Chairman Michel Casselman bought 350,000 shares at a price of USD0.52 per share Monday.
Following this transaction, Casselman now holds 1.3 million shares, which represents a 0.29% stake in the firm.
The company also said Charles Isaac, a director, bought 400,000 shares at USD0.519 each. He now holds 624,000 shares or 0.14% of the issued shares.
The stock was trading down 0.7% at USD0.515 Tuesday.
