LONDON (Alliance News) - Flooring maker Victoria PLC said Executive Chairman Geoff Wilding purchased 1.0 million shares via Camden Holdings Ltd at a price of 490.98 pence per share on Tuesday.
Camden is owned by The Camden Trust, of which Wilding is the settlor and a discretionary beneficiary.
Following the GBP4.9 million transaction, Wilding now holds a beneficial interest in 22.4 million shares in Victoria reflecting an 18% stake in the company.
Also on Tuesday, Non-Executive Director Alexander Anton purchased 25,000 shares at 482.00p each for GBP120,500 and the CGF Anton Discretionary Trust, of which Alexander Anton is both a trustee and beneficiary, bought 25,000 share at 490.98p each for GBP122,745.
Anton's interest in Victoria now stands at 544,025 shares or a 0.4% stake.
Finally, on Tuesday, Non-Executive Director Andrew Harrison bought 10,195 shares at 490.00p per share in a deal worth GBP49,956. His interest in Victoria is 189,725 shares, representing a 0.2% interest.
Shares in Victoria closed up 3.1% at 489.00p on Tuesday.
