LONDON (Alliance News) - Vianet Group PLC said Chairman James Dickson bought 10,545 shares at 80.5 pence each through his pension fund on Wednesday.
The company also said Dickson bought 25,000 shares at 82p each Monday.
Following these transactions, Dickson now holds 4.5 million shares, which represents 16.07% of the total share capital with voting rights.
The stock was trading at 82.26p, up 2.2% Wednesday.
