DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Verona Pharma CEO Karlsson Buys 3,250 Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Verona Pharma PLC, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, said Thursday that Chief Executive Officer Jan-Anders Karlsson purchased 3,250 ordinary shares at 148.64 pence per share.

The shares were bought on Tuesday. Following the acquisition, Karlsson will own 92,400 shares, representing 0.09% of the company's issued share capital.

Shares in the company were up 4.8% at 153.00p.
