LONDON (Alliance News) - Ventus VCT PLC Tuesday said Non-Executive Director David Williams bought 25,000 shares at a price of 100 pence per D share.
Following this transaction, Williams now holds 25,000 D shares, which represents 0.08% of the issued share capital.
Shares in the investment trust were up 0.8% at 95.77 pence Tuesday morning.
