LONDON (Alliance News) - Velocity Composites PLC said Non-Executive Chairman Mark Mills bought 100,000 shares in the company at a price of 68.00 pence each on Tuesday.
The transaction totaled GBP68,000. Following the purchase, Mills holds 2.0 million shares, representing a 5.68% stake in the company.
