LONDON (Alliance News) - Chaarat Gold Holdings Ltd on Thursday said Labro Investments Ltd, a vehicle connected to Chairman Martin Andersson, bought 64,201 shares at an average price of 12.23 pence per share on Tuesday.
Labro Investments now holds 117.5 million shares, representing a 33% stake in the Kyrgyz Republic-focused miner. Chaarat noted its announcement in September that Labro is allowed to buy a further 8.0 million shares without being required to make an offer for the whole company.
The stock was up 1.7% at 11.95p Thursday.
