LONDON (Alliance News) - Vedanta Resources PLC Friday said Chairman Anil Agarwal bought 900,869 shares in total in recent days.
Details are as follows.

Following this transaction, Agarwal holds 181 million shares, which represents a 67.76% stake in the firm.
The mining company will release its third quarter results January 31.
Vedanta shares closed at 864.50 pence down 3.4% Friday.
