LONDON (Alliance News) - Value & Income Trust PLC Wednesday said Joint Investment Manager Matthew Oakeshott bought 20,000 shares at 240 pence per share on Tuesday.
The shares were acquired in the name of the Coltstaple Charitable Trust, of which Oakeshott is a Trustee. The trust now holds 787,500 shares.
Matthew Oakeshott holds 2.7 million shares, or a 6.02% stake. The Oakeshott family additionally holds 2.5 million shares, or 5.6%.
The stock closed up 1.7% at 242.00p Wednesday.
