LONDON (Alliance News) - Value and Income Trust PLC Tuesday said Chairman James Ferguson and Joint Investment Manager Matthew Oakeshott bought shares.
Ferguson bought 25,000 shares at 230 pence each on Monday and an additional 25,000 shares at 227.36p each on Friday. He now holds 869,500 shares, or a 1.91% stake in the trust.
Oakeshott acquired 107,500 shares on Monday at 231.30 pence per share and an additional 25,000 shares on Friday at 227.36 pence per share.
The shares were acquired in the name of the Coltstaple Charitable Trust, of which Oakeshott Is a Trustee.
The stock was up 2.6% at 239.00p Tuesday.
