LONDON (Alliance News) - Value & Income Trust PLC said Philippa Oakeshott, wife of Director Matthew Oakeshott, purchased an aggregate of 107,500 shares at a price of 270.00 pence per share via two transactions on Friday and Monday.
It has not been disclosed how many shares the director and his wife now hold in the company following the GBP290,250 deal.
Shares in Value & Income Trust were trading down 0.6% at 270.00p each on Wednesday.
