(Alliance News) - Utilico Emerging Markets Trust PLC said that a company controlled by joint portfolio manager Charles Jillings bought 120,000 shares.
Mitre Investments Ltd, controlled by Jillings, bought the shares at at 213 pence each on Wednesday. Jillings is the director of ICM Investment Management Ltd, joint portfolio manager of Utilico Emerging.
Shares in Utilico Emerging closed at 254.00p each, down 1.6%.
